It is also our commitment to our donors that the maximum amount of your donations goes directly to the cause and not to organizational expenses, salaries, or overhead. That's why we are fiscally ultra-lean, with no board members receiving any salary,  and minimal overhead expenses which are covered entirely by sponsorships. When you donate to HCI you can be assured you are donating to the cause we all believe in. And we don't just say that, we are transparent as well, and send our fiscal data to two independent watchdog organizations as a part of our commitment to transparency and frugality.
